Imperialism and Chinese Development
##plugins.themes.bootstrap3.article.main##
Abstract
This text deals with the coexistence between imperialism and Chinese socialism, and aims to give a very broad account of both. It is divided into two parts. In the first, we will try to account for the evolution of imperialism, from the last quarter of the twentieth century to the present day. In the second part, we will show how China found itself obliged to develop in the very belly of imperialism, but that it came out of it in the early 2010s. In particular, we will try to interpret what we know about the strategy of the new president of the United States.
